1. Return & Exchange Policy
Standard Policy:
We want you to love your Delaya pieces! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. At this time, we strictly offer exchanges and do not provide direct cash refunds unless the item received is defective or damaged.
Eligibility:
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be fully intact.
- Sale items or customized pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
2. Raise a Return/Exchange Request
How to Process a Request:
- Initiate: Click the link/button in the footer to open a support ticket. Please provide your Order Number and the reason for the exchange.
- Verify: If the item is defective or incorrect, please attach clear photos of the issue directly to your ticket.
- Ship It Back: Once approved, securely pack the garment and send it to our Lahore fulfillment address. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchange Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will dispatch your exchange piece within 3-5 business days.
