Frequently Asked Questions

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide and direct bank transfers. If paying via bank transfer, your order will be dispatched once the payment screenshot is shared and verified. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to collect the parcel and make the payment for COD orders.

Orders within major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) are typically delivered within 2–3 business days. For other cities across Pakistan, delivery takes 3–5 business days. Unstitched fabric orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above PKR 6,000 within Pakistan. For orders below that amount, a flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies.

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging fully intact. Please note: We strictly offer exchanges only and do not provide direct cash refunds unless the item received is defective or damaged. Sale items and customized pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

To request an exchange, click the "Return/Exchange Request" link in the website footer and submit a ticket with your Order Number and reason. If the item is defective or incorrect, attach clear photos. Once approved, ship the garment back to our Lahore fulfillment address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Your exchange piece will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use the tracking link provided by the courier to check your delivery status.

We specialize in premium unstitched fabrics including Lawn (lightweight, breathable, perfect for summers), Linen (soft, textured, great for transitional weather), Cotton (durable, comfortable all year round), Chiffon, and Silk. Each product page details the fabric composition so you can make the best choice for your needs.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not already been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — but you may request an exchange after delivery.
